If it had not been for Bedi, I would not have applied to boarding school for sophomore year and I definitely would have never applied to Milton. He clearly guided my mom and I in the application process. Bedi convinced my mother of the benefits of going to boarding school now rather than a year later, and convinced me to apply to Milton, an English and writing intensive school that pushed me far out of my comfort zone. Bedi’s thorough knowledge of boarding schools enabled him to create a list of schools that most suited me and ultimately led me to the perfect match– Milton Academy. Milton became my home almost immediately. The friends I made in my first semester remain my best friends today. And, although the academics were incredibly rigorous, the faculty went above and beyond to support me. Not only did Milton act as a stepping stone to my dream college, Brown University, but also it pushed me to find my voice and become the person I am today. Thank you Bedi for skillfully navigating me through the boarding school process. I am forever grateful I attended the Acad.
